In the wake of George Floyd’s death and the resurgence of the Corporate Social Justice and Racial Equity movement, Pratt & Whitney and RTX released statements citing the need for change and inclusiveness in the workforce. A meaningful subset of this commitment promised to review internal policies for racial bias, improve hiring practices, and make contributions to nonprofits focused on racial and social equity. Pratt & Whitney instituted a Corporate Social Justice strategy to build mutual trust and respect that will guide the path forward as we build a more diverse and inclusive global community.
